30 Day Challenge - Day 30

Today was a long day.  A very long day and I am spent.  Nevertheless, I completed both my work and personal challenge.  When I stop to think about this 30 day challenge, I am quite proud of my accomplishment.    I just think about all the times that I "planned" to get on the treadmill.  Something always came up that was "more important".   This challenge helped me see that there is nothing more important than taking care of myself.  And I'll take my next 30 day challenge up a notch.   I know I can do it ~ nothing will stand in my way!
