Today marks a very special day for me. It's the beginning of lent. The start of a journey. It is by far my most favorite holiday. Easter is as meaningful to me as Christmas is. The Passion has deep meaning and I look forward to participating in all of the activities: Ash Wednesday, Stations of the Cross every Friday and the Passion during Holy Week all leading to the celebration of the risen Christ.
Today my Sweetheart and I attended mass. It's a special time for us. I am looking forward to spending another year preparing for Easter Sunday.
